Develops the scope of engineering work, schedules, budgets, monitors progress, Identifies and documents changes in scope, Assists in determining the scope of procurement work, schedules, budgets, monitoring progress, Prepares detailed requisitions, Prepares technical reports, documentation of activity, Ensures client criteria and scope are met, Expedites distribution of action items, Makes timely follow-up with team on deliverables, Reviews supplier drawing submittals, Assists in performing technical bid analyses, Prepares and issues specifications, data sheets, construction documents, Assists in determining the technical skills and staff hours required
