What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluent in written and spoken English / Thai, Minimum 15+ years’ experience in a related field, understanding of newbuild and greenfield construction projects cycle, interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills along with sound computer skills, Possess an exceptional level of attention to detail with a high level of customer focus and stakeholder management, Ability to think, analyze and problem solve in high pressure situations, Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to complete within specified deadlines, Logical approach and high attention to detail, in providing and implementing Project Management methodology, Experienced in managing teams
Nice to Have
Project management qualification preferred (PMI / PMP), Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civils, Electrical, Mechanical), Construction Management or equivalent preferred

Driven and ambitious by nature, you have a mastery of the ins and outs of business—from products and systems to processes, tools and best practices. You’ll need to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, leading from the front while also taking the time to understand their point of view. For each project, you’ll establish an effective organizational structure for reporting, communication and working procedures, and ensure that clear objectives and quality control systems are in place. You’ll lead a project team that is highly motivated, eager to contribute, and in sync with the stakeholders’ mind-sets.
