Must Have

Master/Bachelor degree with 6-9 years of extensive experience in Application Management, including software and tool management, Expert working knowledge of ITIL-based processes, covering Incident, Change, and Problem Management, Over 3 years of experience successfully leading or actively participating in complex release and deployment activities, involving 10 or more products, Extensive experience navigating all stages of the product delivery lifecycle and partnering with technical departments to validate new applications, tools, technologies, and solutions, Committed to providing technical excellence, support, and quality assurance throughout projects, demonstrating Software Quality Management awareness, Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal and external transnational stakeholders to support crucial application systems, Certified in ITIL, Proficient in resource management, Knowledge base in financial and project planning areas, including calculation, estimation, budgeting, and specification, Familiarity and practical experience utilizing Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies in software development, Advanced proficiency in English, Proven expertise in Project Leadership and managing the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Nice to Have

Knowledge of German or French, A good understanding of Cloud technologies is a plus, Basic understanding of DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is beneficial, Desirable experience with integrating and utilizing AI tools within application systems

What You'll Do.

Independent management of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

encompassing the Operations

and Development of Engineering & PLM Solutions applications

Adhering to standard software development and operations processes

Utilizing specified tools to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software releases

Support the application and its registered Software Components

Complete application registration (Lifecycle initialization)

Manage MyDataCompliance assessment

Deliver necessary documentation and manage initial service set-up in ServiceNow

Overseeing the application's lifecycle throughout the In-Service Phase

Managing modifying implementing technological revising various dates (e. g.

Updating the information and monitoring support facilitated through ServiceNow

including the provision of Knowledge Base (KB) articles

Manage the start of the retirement with the business owner and follow the retirement process as per MyPortfolio standards

and manage a project for the application related activities

Prepare and maintain documentation describing configurations and procedures for performing installations

Keep regular meetings / exchange with the Development Team / Business / Process owner / Key users

Monitor & manage Functional Support within the agreed SLA / OLA

Deployment Planning/Coordination

Regular Status Reporting

and Resource Management

and review Process Documentation / Support

Provide proactive and reactive Operational Support
