Role Overview As a Systems Engineer responsible for critical infrastructure across global Contract Manufacturer sites, this role combines deep technical expertise with operational management. The position requires independently handling complex technical issues while developing solutions for large-scale problems across facilities. You'll lead technical projects from conception through completion, mentor junior engineers, and make significant contributions to infrastructure improvements. Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll influence technical direction through rack design collaboration with engineering teams and development of standard operating procedures. The role demands both hands-on technical work and strategic thinking to drive operational improvements and maintain system reliability. Success requires balancing immediate operational needs with long-term infrastructure planning while ensuring consistent standards across multiple global locations.
