What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years of experience in construction management of mission critical projects
Nice to Have
experience building hyperscale data centers, experience building large hospitals, experience building very complex manufacturing facilities, proven track record of managing and delivering very challenging projects, delivering on time and on (or under) budget, deep understanding of construction best practices, deep understanding of construction methodologies, deep understanding of construction budgeting, deep understanding of construction scheduling, deep understanding of construction quality management
