What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years of progressive construction experience, significant focus on low-voltage systems, controls systems integration, building technology in mission-critical or data center environments, Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of concurrent projects, leading construction teams (Project Managers and Superintendents), design-build delivery model, Track record of successfully delivering projects valued from $5M to $50M in low-voltage CSI scope complexity, understanding of low-voltage systems commonly deployed in data centers, BMSAS, EPMS, structured cabling, fire alarm, security/access control, DCIM, Working knowledge of trade partner procurement, subcontract management, commercial administration, Experience coordinating with design and engineering teams, integrated delivery, ability to translate design intent into executable field plans, Proficiency in construction technology platforms, Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling tools (MS Project / P6), Familiarity with relevant codes and standards applicable to low-voltage systems in mission-critical environments, BICSI, NFPA, NEC, commercial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, change management, Excellent written and verbal communication ability, interface with executive-level clients and internal leadership, Based in Ft Worth or St Louis, Ability to travel for project execution, client engagements, and site oversight across the U. S., Ability to conduct thorough jobsite walks including ladders, equipment platforms, and multi-level structures

What You'll Do.
Lead construction delivery of low-voltage CSI scope
Manage portfolio of concurrent data center programs
Own overall project execution
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Establish and manage project-level forecasts
Partner with internal CSI design teams
Participate in review of design packages
Contribute construction pricing perspectives
Own CSI construction scope budgets
Ensure controls systems installation work is sequenced
and develop construction delivery team
Promote consistent use of project management tools
Provide strategic oversight to field teams
Champion a safety-first culture
Validate quality control processes
Serve as senior client-facing representative
Support business development pursuits
Build and strengthen relationships with key trade contractors
