Must Have

Fluent English is essential, Fluent Dutch is essential, 5+ years’ experience in execution of marketing-related initiatives, Proven process and project management skills & experience, Solid skills in Microsoft tools and software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Solid command skills and ability to share often complex information in structured way, Comfort in dealing with client's and third-party stakeholders, Ability to simultaneously manage multiple events and activities, Ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks

Nice to Have

Ideally completed studies in marketing-related field, Broad understanding of various marketing concepts, strategies and tactics, incl. marketing channels, Some experience in account management, Readiness to assume responsibility for track activities progress and meet critical deadlines, A team player with ability to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners, in problem solving skills and orientation to detail

What You'll Do.

Planification & set-up of marketing campaigns

Execution and Project Management

Client facing and single point of contact

Supports marketers in developing integrated plan

Organizing cadence meetings

Manages marketing execution briefing

Ensures local stakeholders informed

Executing and deploying marketing campaigns

Uses reporting to provide views

Reviews campaign performance dashboards

Acts as local champ on commercial marketing engines

Educates local stakeholders on marketing services

Ensures communication flow

Applies learnings from trainings

Know and apply global and local governance

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Coordinate campaigns across Microsoft internal stakeholders; Coordinate with VML global Service Delivery Hub teams; Coordinate with third-party agencies; Establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners
