Key responsibilities: * Has the authority to make decisions and manage the allocated resources, within given frame and budget. * Manage project on time, on specification and on budget. * Stakeholder management and communication. * Report to steering committee (internal and external) * Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project. * Monitor progress and performance against the project plan and control the cost to avoid deviation.
