What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Active SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance, Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 6+ years of professional experience supporting manufacturing, research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT additional relevant experience or military service in a related specialty may be considered in lieu of degree requirements, Demonstrated knowledge of the Department of War acquisition lifecycle and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, Experience identifying and mitigating industrial base risks through analytical, programmatic, or acquisition-focused efforts, Experience preparing written reports, briefings, and analytical products for senior government or military leadership, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders across government, industry, or academic organizations

Nice to Have

Experience supporting the Office of the Secretary of War or a similar strategic-level staff organization, Experience briefing and advising senior military leaders, including Flag and General Officers, Knowledge of systems engineering principles and methodologies applied to technical or programmatic challenges, Familiarity with advanced manufacturing, microelectronics, batteries, critical materials, kinetic capabilities, or workforce development initiatives, Experience leading on-site implementation of project plans and execution activities, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher with experience supporting process improvement initiatives, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences, Ability to operate effectively within a collaborative, high-tempo team environment

Support development and evaluation of prototyping and acquisition efforts aligned with IBAS program objectives

and academic stakeholders

Document meeting minutes

and follow-up requirements to support cross-functional collaboration

Conduct outreach activities

and strategic communications efforts in support of program objectives

Maintain coordination and information sharing across a geographically dispersed team environment

Support leadership with program execution oversight and industrial base risk mitigation activities
