Estimate use of equipment
Prepare subcontractor bid forms
Prepare scopes of work
Provide itemized hard cost breakdown
Provide itemized soft cost breakdown
Generate value engineering ideas
Prepare life cycle costing
Ensure estimates comply with contract
Ensure estimates comply with guidelines
Assist in creation of logistics plans
Translate logistics plans to costs
Compile detailed award packages
Consult with architects
Consult with subcontractors
