What You'll Do.
Develop Engineering Owner's project requirements
Review basis of design
Participate in gate reviews
Sign-off on design reviews
Review key project submittals
Review and coordinate RFI responses
Lead effort between project team and operations
Ensure key owner tasks are integrated
Accept critical spaces at project turnover
Develop and implement training for IFM team
Govern Commissioning program
Develop Owners requirements for Commissioning
Own program for retro-commissioning efforts
Support field teams technically
Support for LEED based projects
Participate in LEED Operations and Maintenance
Analyze data to identify energy saving opportunities

Full Job Description
**Responsibilities:** Strategic Project Engineering Support – 50% * Development of Engineering Owner's project requirements based on existing engineering standards * Review basis of design for alignment to engineering standards * Participation in gate reviews for assigned projects * Sign-off on design reviews for assigned projects * Review of key project submittals * Review and coordination of key RFI responses * Leading the effort between the project team and operations for turn over to and from the project * Ensuring key owner tasks are integrated, coordinated into the project * Acceptance of critical spaces at project turnover * Development and implementation of training for IFM team for new systems Commissioning – 25% * Governance of Commissioning program in collaboration with IFM team * Development of Owners requirements for Commissioning new project installations * Program ownership for retro-commissioning efforts Facility Management Support – 15% * Support field teams technically with data analysis from building automation and other systems Sustainability – 10% * Support for LEED based projects * Participation in LEED Operations and Maintenance efforts * Analysis of data to identify energy saving opportunities **Qualifications** * Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred. * Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. * Familiarity with facility software systems including: maintenance management systems (CMMS, Planon), building automation systems (BAS, Distech) * Decision-making skills * Commissioning certification (required to obtain within first year) * Analytical skills * Knowledge of building systems and equipment * Engineering degree preferred * LEED certification preferred * Third party vendor management experience **Special Factors** **Sponsorship** Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position. **Ab
