What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field, 10+ years of experience in delivering infrastructure projects, 5 years in engineering management, Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng. ) in Ontario, Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering solutions within infrastructure, roads, and bridge projects, Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality outcomes in regulated environments, understanding of environmental assessments, risk management, lifecycle planning, safety standards, Skilled in stakeholder engagement, technical expertise in a relevant engineering discipline, deep understanding of engineering principles, methodologies, best practices, exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, keen eye for detail, experience in field engineering, reviewing designs for constructability

Lead engineering strategy and execution

Manage large-scale Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) highway projects
Oversee full engineering project lifecycle
Manage safety priorities
Oversee Project Design Execution Plan

Ensure continuous improvement
Oversee design development
