What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer (P. Eng) licensed in Canada and/or the U. S., 16 years of engineering experience, design experience, leadership experience, nuclear site project exposure, knowledge of nuclear plant systems, knowledge of nuclear plant operations, knowledge of nuclear plant regulatory frameworks, knowledge of applicable codes/standards, knowledge of National Building Code of Canada, Proficiency in 3D drafting, Proficiency in structural analysis tools, Proficiency in seismic analysis for nuclear applications, ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, talent management experience, succession planning experience, hiring experience, willingness to travel, security clearance eligibility
