What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, 2-4 years of structural/mechanical engineering experience required, understanding of structural engineering principles, understanding of mechanical system design, Ability to perform structural calculations, Ability to review engineering designs, Experience with steel connection design, Experience with steel connection detailing, Understanding of mechanical equipment installation, Understanding of mechanical equipment commissioning, compliance with all applicable safety regulations, compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, compliance with Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies
Nice to Have
Proficiency with structural analysis software, Proficiency with mechanical design tools, Knowledge of AISC, AWS, ASME, and other relevant codes and standards
