What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, 10 years of experience in high voltage (HV/EHV) transmission line projects related to oil and gas industry, Mandatory experience in Oil and Gas industry
Nice to Have
Experience in Majnoon Oil Field, Basra, Iraq is an advantage, Experience in Middle East (preferably Iraq) is an advantage, Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , Primavera P6, MS Project) is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Oversee construction activities for OHTL
ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings
monitor contractor performance and productivity
Plan and execute OHTL Projects (typically 33kV to 132kV or higher voltages)
coordinating with engineering
and construction teams
Monitor project milestones and deliverables
Review construction schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
identify site constraints and propose mitigation measures
Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients
Ensure compliance with project specifications
and client requirements
and ensure proper documentation of quality records
Assist in quantity verification and BOQ tracking
support in variation claims and change orders
review subcontractor invoices and progress billing
Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
Coordinate energization readiness with client and grid authorities
Close out punch points and handover documentation
How You'll Work.

coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams; coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams; Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment
Communication Scope
communication and coordination skills; Fluent in both English and Arabic language (written and spoken)
