"** **Job Title: Project Engineer - Power (Local Talent)** **28/28 Basra.** **Job Purpose:** To support project team in executing EPC and Call off Contractors works to manage, supervise, and execute site activities related to Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) construction, and delivery of projects by coordinating technical activities, managing contractor and consultant interfaces and ensuring compliance with project requirements, Client standards, safety standards, quality requirements, applicable regulations and schedule targets. The role is primarily site-based in Iraq, with regular coordination with multi-disciplinary teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee construction activities for OHTL, ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and specifications and monitor contractor performance and productivity. * Project planning & Execution: Plan and execute OHTL Projects (typically 33kV to 132kV or higher voltages) by coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
