What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related major, Bachelor's degree or higher, Minimum 7 years of experience in Industrial Water Treatment project management (PM/PE), Experience in managing large-scale projects in Hi-tech plant fields such as semiconductors, EPC integrated management capabilities, Understanding and interface management skills across the entire project life cycle (design, procurement, construction, operation), Understanding, coordination, and decision-making skills for Technical/Commercial/Contractual Issues, Tool proficiency for systematic analysis and management of schedule and cost, Ability to write various procedural documents such as project execution plans, Ability to write internal and external official documents and reports, Proposal and bid writing capabilities, Understanding and management skills for different contract types, Team player capable of collaborating smoothly with members of diverse ages and nationalities, No disqualifications for overseas business trips

Nice to Have

Experience in large-scale project execution in Hi-tech plant fields such as semiconductors, Field construction management, HSE, QA/QC management experience, Excellent English communication skills

What You'll Do.

Industrial water treatment project bidding and business (site) management

Integrated project management through collaboration with clients

and internal EPC functional organizations

Writing project execution plans (PEP

PCP) and managing operations

Internal and external progress reporting (weekly

Acting as Proposal Manager during bidding

Reviewing partner companies and collaboration strategies (JDA)

Writing commercial and technical proposals

Cost estimation (including expenses) and price schedule creation

Acting as site agent and construction manager (if necessary)

Responding to clients as site agent

Selecting construction subcontractors

supervising construction

and managing schedules

Managing site HSE and QA/QC

Collaboration with clients, partners, and internal EPC functional organizations; Collaboration with team members of diverse ages and nationalities

Communication Scope

Excellent English communication skills (preferred); Internal and external official document writing and reporting
