1-2 years multifamily construction experience, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Organizational skills and attention to detail, Professional appearance and presentation, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Basic understanding of construction documents

Assist with subcontractor invoicing
Assist with billing entry
Assist with payment tracking
Support change order preparation
Support change order management
Attend project meetings
Prepare meeting minutes
Maintain project documentation
Maintain filing systems
Assist Project Managers with scheduling
Assist Project Managers with procurement
Assist Project Managers with coordination
Review specifications
Review construction documents
Coordinate with subcontractors
