Full Job Description

**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer with expertise in Mechanical Engineering for our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and managing various aspects of projects, with a primary focus on HVAC, Plumbing Drainage, and Fire Fighting Systems. **Responsibilities:** · Analyze technical drawings, interpret specifications, and determine Mechanical requirements for assigned projects. · Collaborate with other Engineers and Clients to ensure the seamless execution of projects. · Coordinate with the Main Contractor to plan site activities effectively. · Prepare comprehensive Shop drawings and follow up with the main contractor and Consultant for approval. · Verify the HAP (Heat Load Calculation) and perform ESP calculation for Fans, as well as Pump head Calculations. · Address and resolve issues with consultants and main contractors concerning submittals. · Raise Request for Information (RFI) for any discrepancies or lack of information from Authority Approved Drawings. · Arrange manpower in coordination with the Project Manager. · Demonstrate a solid understanding of Chilled Water piping, ducting, water supply, drainage, and equipment installation (Chiller, FAHU, Fans, Pumps, FCU, etc.), as well as knowledge in BMS, LPG, and Fire systems. · Ensure adherence to health and safety codes throughout the project duration. · Monitor and manage the availability of materials on site. · Complete quality assurance on all mechanical components and documenting findings in detailed reports. · Analyze and approve various construction and engineering plans. · Diagnose problems and troubleshoot equipment as needed. · Ensure all project deadlines and budgetary requirements are met. · Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of Mechanical engineering. **Requirements** **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. · 5-8 years of relevant experience in the MEP
