Must Have
US citizen, Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 1+ years of related experience, A Masters degree in Engineering, A JD/PhD

technical, people and project leadership skills, Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and gated design process, Experience planning and managing activities associated with testing, verification, and certification activities, Experience with project management, including ForProject and Microsoft Project, Experience with Excel, PowerBI and other analytic tools, Experience actively managing risk, Interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team willingness to accept responsibility and take initiative, Ability to deal with ambiguity, take decisions and make recommendations with minimal data, Quickly understand the key technical issues in potentially complex technical problems on unfamiliar subjects, An excellent command of the English language for both written and oral communications, Ability to plan and coordinate assigned work with other groups and drive to finish assigned tasks on schedule
