3+ years of experience in multifamily construction with a certification or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, Minimum 6+ years of experience in multifamily construction with an unrelated degree or without a certification or degree, Proficient in AutoCAD, Proficient in Procore, Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of construction methods, knowledge of materials, knowledge of engineering principles, Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, Demonstrates organizational abilities, Proficient in effective communication, Proficient in teamwork, Maintains a positive outlook, Embraces a collaborative team approach, Shows responsibility, Takes pride in their work, Fluent in English, reading, speaking, and writing skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Proficient in Excel, Proficient in Word, Proficient in Outlook
