What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Engineering Degree or equivalent, Minimum 10 years experience, Proven experience offshore lifting, Knowledge of DNV and API, Ability to review contractor plans, Experience with HSE management, Contractor management skills, Fluent in English, Current BOSIET certification
Nice to Have
Ability to work effectively within multicultural teams
What You'll Do.
Coordinate offshore lifting activities
Supervise offshore load-out activities
Supervise offshore installation activities
Verify rigging arrangements
Verify installation procedures
Ensure compliance with HSE
Monitor equipment certification
Monitor equipment maintenance
Monitor equipment inspection
Participate in risk assessments
Participate in Job Safety Analyses
Participate in Management of Change
Interface with contractors
Interface with Marine Warranty Surveyors
Interface with vessel personnel
Interface with project stakeholders
Support readiness reviews
Support certification processes
Act as Project Engineer onboard
Act as Field Engineer onboard
Perform night-shift duties
Promote safe execution
Promote continuous improvement
