The Project Engineer position based in Baltimore, MD offers the highly qualified civil engineer an opportunity to learn first-hand the complex world of ground improvement, deep foundations and earth retention. Michels is an excellent fit for a civil engineer who desires to work in construction with a balance of geotechnical design and project management. Project engineers are encouraged to pursue their Professional Engineering license while growing and developing their careers. As a Project Engineer, your key responsibilities will be to serve as a key team member supporting all needs to help with a successful project completion. Your day would often start on-site with the crew ensuring they have everything they need for the day. Then you would perform all required documentation and record entry for the project and start to plan for the next days and weeks ahead to set the crew and project up for success.
