Must Have
Academic or professional Master /bachelor: Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanics, Chemical or equivalent), Mechanical or Electro Mechanical technical degree, Fluent in Swedish and English, Understand of procedures and regulatory for new and existing industrial installations, knowledge of engineering & projects methodologies & maintenance activities, Technical understanding of gas physical and production processes, understanding of Safety procedures, Willingness to travel, Promote and support actions towards Safety, Health and environment protection, Encourage questioning of established ideas and practices and ask why regularly, Strive for continuous improvement, Team player & leadership

What You'll Do.
Support operations for the whole lifetime of a customer installation (from offer to dismantling)
Support commercial teams during the business development phase
Ensure cost calculation
execution and handover of all projects related to customer Installation
Ensure implementation of environmental legislation
Work in line with the ISO 14001 standard
Respect good environmental practices
Support sales representative in the opportunity / business development phase
Define necessary services and appropriate equipment including Assets
Prepare specifications and perform RFQs
Develop technical proposals
including budgetary and scheduling requirements
Establish a complete and clear design basis
Perform risk assessments
Obtain validation from Design Authority or uses validated standard designs
Participate during the offer / contract / Design Basis review
Lead project execution upon budget approval
Obtain needed legal permits
Acquire and obtain required parts and services
Ensure timely project reviews and project reports to stakeholders
Announce and manage change orders
Manage reservation of assets (Vessels
Mixers and other invested equipment)
Supervise and execute start-up and commissioning procedures

## How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? To support the gas sales and operations of Air Liquide Nordics, the Project Engineer CI&S is responsible for supporting operations for the whole lifetime of a customer installation (from offer to dismantling) and the commercial teams during the business development phase. She/he ensures cost calculation, project preparation, execution and handover of all projects related to customer Installation, manages lead time, budget and scope, keeping in mind legal obligations, AL standards, quality and best practices. She/he is responsible for the management of different types of projects (PG, Bulk & On Site and E&I if applicable) and will cooperate with the cross countries Engineering and Maintenance teams. The CI&S Project Engineer ensures the implementation of the environmental legislation, works in line with the ISO 14001 standard, respects the good environmental practices and shows a positive attitude with regard to the preservation of the environment. **Project scope definition** * The Project Engineer will support the sales representative in the opportunity / business development phase. * Ensure that a clear scope has been defined during the business development phase. **Study & design** * Define the necessary services and the appropriate equipment including the Assets in collaboration with the Assets team * Prepare specifications and perform RFQs together with Procurement, if applicable * Develop technical proposals, including budgetary and scheduling requirements, to support the creation of commercial offers * Ensure that a complete and clear design basis is established * Perform risk assessments * Obtain validation from Design Authority or uses validated standard designs **Execution & installation** * Participate during the offer / contract / Design Basis review * Lead project execution upon budget approval * Obtain needed legal permits * Acquire and obtain required parts and services * Installations will be constructed using int
