The candidate will be responsible for execution, coordination, and delivery of IBMS and security system projects. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Execution and commissioning of IBMS, CCTV, and Access Control Systems in Data Centre environments * Coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers for project delivery * Handling installation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems including BMS, ACS, CCTV, and related subsystems Ensure timely completion of project milestones within quality and safety standards * Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues * Preparation of reports, documentation, and system handover activities * Supporting preventive maintenance and post-installation activities ### **Required Skills & Experience:** * Experience in **IBMS, CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS)** (mandatory) * Experience in Data Centre projects (preferred) * Knowledge of BMS protocols like BACnet / Modbus is an added advantage * Hands-on experience in installation, commission
