Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, courier services, or on-demand delivery operations, 2+ years of hands-on project management experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, Basic understanding of logistics management systems, Knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimization tools, Experience in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments, Background in continuous improvement methodologies, Experience with cost analysis and budget management
Nice to Have
Previous experience in courier, e-commerce fulfillment, or last-mile delivery operations, Previous exposure to multi-stakeholder project environments, Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, Proven track record of managing complex initiatives, Previous experience managing external vendor or client relationships
