Must Have
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a site managerial role within manufacturing or construction, Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Fluent in English (verbal and written), Highly organized, action-oriented, detail-focused, proactive, solution-driven, Full driver’s license, Ability to travel internationally when needed
Nice to Have
First Aid, IOSH, PSCS, Slingeranksman Training, Manual Handling, Safepass, Working at Heights, Experience in HVAC delivery within the DC, ability to read technical drawings (P&IDs, electrical diagrams), ability to build team morale, promote continuous improvement, communication skills, adaptability, ability to manage multiple deadlines, a firm but fair approach
