What You'll Do.
Prepare quantity takeoffs
Prepare drawings and sketches
Manage verification of work-in-place quantities
Verify accurate payment of subcontractors
Maintain submittal logs
Assemble construction financial monitors
Track costs for force accounts
Maintain job costing system
Update systems to reflect costs
Create margin reporting
Ensure craft time cards are completed accurately
Assign cost codes to purchases
Assign cost codes to time cards
Assign cost codes to contracts
Assign cost codes to equipment time
Assign cost codes to other cost items
Maintain as-built posts
Respond to job questions
Assist with constructability reviews
Assist with value engineering functions
Develop project engineering procedures
Implement project engineering procedures
Administer project engineering procedures
Manage safety records
Manage quality records
Develop project CPM schedule
Maintain project CPM schedule
Update project CPM schedule
Develop resource loaded CPM schedules
Develop cost loaded CPM schedules
Prepare project status reports
Participate in project status meetings
