We are looking for an experienced **Project Engineer** to lead and deliver complex capital investment engineering projects in a regulated environment. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives in terms of time, cost, and quality. **What you will do:** * In close collaboration with the sponsor, perform cost-benefit analysis and develop implementation strategies to support project justification and business case development. * Prepare required deliverables for internal/global decision stage gates and capital funding requests. * Define user requirement specifications (URS), project scope, budget estimates, and schedules for assigned projects. * Ensure all project deliverables and activities align with project objectives, KPIs, and overall business strategy (e.g., BSR/MPS, SMP, Sustainability). * Lead multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams to achieve project goals by effectively managing scope, budget, and schedule baselines. * Ensure compliance with Quality, Regulatory, Legal, EHS, Sustainability, and innovation requirements. * Take ownership of yearly **CapEx** targets and oversee the capitalization process of fixed assets. * Manage project budgets efficiently, focusing on fit-for-purpose and proven solutions executed in a simple and effective way. * Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. * Review technical specificatio
