Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward. * Maintain detailed records of project progress, tasks, and health, regularly updating supervisors on status. * Conduct comprehensive quality control checks on budgets, schedules, and plans, reporting any issues to the Service Operations Manager * Identify potential project risks and propose resolutions to ensure project and service success. * Foster effective communication with stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication. * Participate in site meetings as necessary to stay informed and address project or service requirements. * Assist in regular quality audits for suppliers and subcontractors, implementing corrective actions as needed. * Manage subcontractors involved in projects/services, ensuring adherence to requirements and timelines. * Support the Branch in identifying and pursuing variation order opportunities. * Participate in activities related to new business quotations and proposals. * Ensure compliance with engineering codes, standards, and company QA/QC systems, with a particular emphasis on the unique challenges and regulations governing marine and offshore operations. **What we look for:** * Diploma/Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Marine with 1 year suggested minimum experience. * Basic knowledge/exposure in thermodynamics and experience in HVAC&R
