Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facility Management, or related field, Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data centers, technical services, facilities management, project engineering, or similar role, Demonstrated experience with reliable power systems including UPS, batteries, emergency generators, transfer switches, switchgear, or distributed generation, Knowledge of construction principles, processes, methodologies, and industry best practices, Sound understanding of engineering and construction principles, Knowledge of building systems and equipment including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, Proficiency in project management software and tools, Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software, AutoCAD, or other drafting software, Familiarity with facilities management software systems, Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, Outstanding organizational skills, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Demonstrated leadership capabilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to oversee and manage technical projects from initial planning through successful completion. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with project coordination responsibilities, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and innovation are valued. ## **Core Responsibilities** **Technical Operations & Field Work** Perform comprehensive field assessments including onsite electrical equipment evaluations, operational testing, and commissioning activities. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Supervise electrical equipment maintenance, testing activities, and contractor work to ensure quality standards are met. **Project Management & Coordination** Manage the entire project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress against milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed within established timelines and budget constraints. Assist in cost estimation, procurement of materials, and implementation of cost control measures throughout project execution.
