What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Mechanical design, Medical device experience, Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a similar degree, Proficiency in Pro/E software or similar CAD software, Knowledge of GD&T, Knowledge of risk analysis techniques, verbal and written communication skills, Well organized, detail oriented, team player, capable of working in a deadline driven environment, Experience in preparing reports, managing project budgets, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Ability to attend surgeries and/or labs
Nice to Have
Medical device experience strongly preferred

Create and maintain project plans
Manage assigned projects
Design and develop instruments and implants
Work with prototype shop
Perform design verification and validation
Collaborate with marketing
Assist in writing regulatory applications
Coordinate with operations
Participate in product introductions
Maintain post introduction monitoring
