University degree in civil engineering or equivalent, P. Eng. title from APEGNB, Minimum 5 years of experience in building structures, Minimum 5 years of experience in inspection on construction sites, Proficiency with ETABS, ADA and SAFE software, Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software, Ability to work on different projects simultaneously, Fluency in oral and written English, Valid driver’s licence, Access to a vehicle

What You'll Do.
Participate in design of structural elements
Perform calculations using specialized software
Carry out expert assessments
Supervise asset maintenance work
Find and recommend solutions to technical problems
Project planning including design schedule
Plan proposed construction schedules
Prepare technical reports
Prepare specifications
Prepare construction cost estimates
Follow up on project steps
Provide technical support to clients
Ensure coordination with stakeholders
Liaise directly with clients
Maintain business relationships
Prepare proposal submissions
Prepare response to RFPs
