Main Responsibilities: * Assume full ownership of the development program and test samples (vehicle and test parts) * Establish and define vehicle brake targets and specifications within the target book * Ensure target fullfilment for all project milestones, implementing corrective actions if required * Execute rigorous project risk assessment and develop, if necessary, robust countermeasure proposal * Ensure test procedures are applied with precision in accordance with project requirements * Conduct regular customer meetings to communicate project status, address critical concerns, and maintain stakeholder confidence * Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and project record * Manage supplier, ensuring fullfillment of customers requirements ## Qualifications Profile * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry * Proficiency in technical communication across all organisational levels * Ability to communicate effectively with customers and external partners *
