Associate's Degree/Technical Diploma or higher and five (5) years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment OR Bachelor's or higher and three (3) years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment
Nice to Have
Five (5) year of combined experience in Capital equipment and/or Facilities project management, Prior experience with webline, extrusion, material handling, or inspection equipment, Team player with the ability to contribute in a matrix environment, Proficient user of typical business, office, and technical software

Here, you will make an impact by: * Lead capital engineering projects that support Growth, Cost Reduction, EHS improvement, and Equipment/Facility Renewal. * You will lead teams including electrical, facilities, design, technical experts, and operations to deliver project expectations. * You will utilize project engineering fundamentals (scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, communication, financial analysis) to deliver the best outcome for 3M. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: * Associate’s Degree/Technical Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institute and five (5) years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment OR * Bachelor’s or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and three (3) years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further
