Must Have
6–8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, Proven experience coordinating cross-functional programs, Proven experience coordinating enterprise customer engagements, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field, planning, communication, and risk management skills, Familiarity with CRM and delivery tools
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise delivery environments, PMP, CSM, or other certifications are a plus

Coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee program execution, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, risk mitigation, and value delivery. Duties & Responsibilities: Manages the planning and execution of customer-facing engagements, ensuring successful delivery against agreed timelines and objectives. Acts as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the engagement lifecycle. Coordinates cross-functional delivery efforts across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Services. Tracks engagement health, risks, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and alignment. Supports executive briefings, status reporting, and change management throughout engagements. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and support long-term client success.
