What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Management or related field, Experience in construction project management, Experience in delivery of infrastructure construction projects, Experience in project scheduling, estimating, bidding, negotiations, Knowledge of construction project delivery methods for enabling infrastructure, Experience working with third-party developers, Experience with bespoke contracts, development agreements, contract administration, Ability to interpret design and construction drawings, specifications, technical documentation, Experience in scheduling, estimating, critical path management, site logistics, constructability reviews, Understanding of construction and project management processes, Experience managing project finances, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Planner, Power BI, Teams, Power Apps, Proficiency in Bluebeam or equivalent PDF software
Nice to Have
SIA licensing, Relevant executive security certifications, AutoCAD, Revit
What You'll Do.
Provide direction to multi-departmental project teams
Establish scope and schedule requirements
Develop budgets and financial planning
Address SDO conditions and governmental commitments
construction and commissioning
Oversee overall project safety
Obtain final acceptance for contractor’s submitted safety plan
Ensure compliance with EHS standards
Manage planning and execution of enabling infrastructure
Manage and responsible for overarching site logistics
Manage planning and integration of construction works
Ensure project procedures are followed
Maintain overall project budget and schedule
Provide leadership and personal development guidance
track and report project components
Understand and participate in EHS responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned
