Manage and oversee Client service Team
Coach and mentor staff
Build relationships with M3 clients
Ensure projects complete on time
Ensure projects complete within budget
Update processes and internal systems
Ensure team is working efficiently
Ensure team is working collaboratively
Provide guidance and mentoring
Manage project escalations
Partner with internal stakeholders
Address issues and improve performance
develop and initiate processes
develop and initiate procedures

Investigate and manage project escalations
Ensure project is completed to satisfaction
Monitor productivity of team's projects
Monitor quality of data collection
Oversee billing process of team
