Significant experience in HV/MV electrical systems, Experience in large-scale infrastructure, Experience in mission-critical environments, Experience in data centre environments, Proven ability to provide technical leadership, Proven ability to provide assurance, Understanding of power infrastructure, Understanding of system integration, Understanding of safety requirements, Understanding of regulatory requirements, Experience working with EPC contractors, Experience working with utilities, Experience working with specialist vendors, Comfortable operating at strategic levels, Comfortable operating at hands-on levels, Clear guidance enabling delivery teams, Communication skills, Stakeholder management skills, Ability to influence outcomes
