What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years of leadership in large‑scale engineering design and construction projects within an AEC consulting environment, Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and risks in complex project settings, Track record delivering high‑quality design‑build projects on time and on budget, Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology, Proficiency in planning, scheduling, documentation, and leading multidisciplinary teams, Bachelor’s in Engineering from an ABET‑accredited university, Contractor Qualifier License(s) or willingness to obtain in multiple states, Ability to travel for project needs, client meetings, and industry events
Nice to Have
Experience with Python and machine learning frameworks, Knowledge of X, Proficient in X, Familiar with X, X experience required
