JASARA PMC is seeking a strategic and experienced Project Director for Construction to lead our ambitious projects in Saudi Arabia. As a recognized leader in the construction management sector, JASARA is dedicated to excellence and innovation in delivering large-scale projects that align with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of complex construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. ### Responsibilities * Provide overall direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring clarity of objectives and effective communication throughout all project phases. * Develop comprehensive project plans that align with strategic business goals and client expectations. * Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. * Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to foster relationships and ensure compliance. * Oversee risk management processes and proactively address potential issues that could impact project delivery. * Conduct regular site visits and meetings with teams to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain project momentum. * Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and progress updates. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; a master's degree is preferred. * Minimum of 20+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale projects. * Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects from inception to completion. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage diverse teams effectively. * In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and relevant legal regulations. * Exce
