Chandos is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead major scope .This role is suited to a general contractor leader who drives predictable, disciplined delivery on complex, high-stakes projects and is most effective close to the work. Role Overview The Senior Project Director is accountable for driving consistent, predictable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, procurement, and risk. You will lead through others, setting the tone for execution, building clarity in complex environments, and creating the conditions for high performance across the team. This includes establishing strong delivery rhythms, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and maintaining control as project conditions evolve. What You’ll Own * End-to-end delivery across schedule, cos
