The Project Director leads Chandos’ construction delivery for a portfolio of assigned projects, directly and through a team of project managers. This role is accountable for full lifecycle delivery - from preconstruction and bidding through construction and close‑out - while building client relationships, supporting business development, and developing high‑performing project teams. The Project Director ensures projects meet schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction objectives and embeds continuous improvement across teams. Key Responsibilities * Team Leadership: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop multiple project teams including Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and support staff. Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within and across teams. * Resource Planning: Determine and secure all resources required to meet project commitments. * Preconstruction and Bidding: Guide the team in the structure and delivery of project bids, budgeting, and other pre-construction services. * Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships post‑award to ensure exceptional client experience and retention. * Project Execution: Align and ma
