Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience, 3+ years of experience in operational leadership and management, 3+ years of demonstrated ability working in a dynamic team environment, 2+ years of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite, 2+ years of computer proficiency in Adobe suite, 2+ years of computer proficiency in Laser Fische, Emotional intelligence and ability to lead a team with different working styles, Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, Sharp attention to detail, Exceptional organizational skills, Exceptional analytical skills, Exceptional research skills, Exceptional critical thinking skills, Ability to perform and complete a high volume of work assignments with speed and accuracy, Exceptional time management skills, Excellent verbal communication skills, Excellent written communication skills, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, A Valid Driver’s License

What You'll Do.
Oversee workforce project
Execute strategic plan
Apply working knowledge of Workforce Development protocols
Serve as primary local contact with Workforce Solutions
Serve as primary local contact and contract liaison

TITLE: Project Director REPORTS TO: Regional Director LOCATION: Borderplex Region (El Paso, TX) EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Exempt Employee Career Team is looking to hire a Project Director who will be responsible for overseeing the Borderplex workforce project serving El Paso and far West Texas, ensuring and executing the project’s overall strategic plan. In this role, the incumbent will apply working knowledge of Workforce Development protocols, including a strong understanding of the field, core programs, and business plans. As a leader and member of the Corporate Management Team, the Project Director is accountable for ensuring quality and integrity across all workforce functions and serves as the primary local contact with Workforce Solutions Borderplex (WSB). Your Impact on Career Team’s Success: Serve as the primary local contact and contract liaison with Workforce Solutions Borderplex (WSB) and the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Oversee daily programmatic operations across the six-county Borderplex region Ensure compliance with contract requirements, including coordination and adherence to policies and procedures and program monitoring for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction Prepare and manage multiple funding streams rates to keep the project on track without disallowed costs, drive metrics and performance, provide support, coach frontline staff, and create service delivery plans for the
