The company works together with numerous partners globally, augmenting its in-house team of over 900 staff. ib vogt has built or has in construction more than 4 GW of PV power plants globally with a project pipeline of more than 60 GWp. Summary of the Role: Project Development Manager is responsible in conducting and supporting the coordination of all the development workstream tasks from tender/project award stage to Ready-to-Build (RTB). Responsibilities: * Create and coordinate the outline of land acquisition steps, calculate the cost items, procure the external outsourced parties (if any), manage the progress, deliverables, paperworks, and related reports. * Create and coordinate the outline of permitting steps, calculate the cost items, procure the external outsourced parties (if any), manage the progress, deliverables, paperworks, and related-reports. * Develop and coordinate internal documents (ToR) related to land acquisition, permitting, and site studies * Coordinate the communications and relationships with local stakeholders and external relevant parties related to land acquisition and permitting * Conduct KYC and compliance check on the exteral outsource party to avoid compliance and reputation risk of the company. * Coordinate the obtainment of information with to other teams (Engineering Team, Investment Team, Business Development Team, etc) to achieve all the conditions required for land acquisition and
