Must Have
1–2 years in RE project development, engineering, or project management — internship or graduate experience considered, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, or related field, document management and organisational discipline, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Clear written communication, able to draft professional correspondence and meeting minutes, Detail-oriented with a checklist mindset
Nice to Have
Exposure to tender or proposal preparation is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Assist in the preparation
and submission of EPCC tender documents
Track tender timelines
and evaluation milestones
Maintain an organised document repository for all active tenders
Support the development of no-policy special projects
Track regulatory engagement and approval milestones for active special projects
Assist in preparing presentation materials and project briefs for senior leadership review
Submit weekly progress updates
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (land, CRESS, finance, legal) to gather inputs required for tender submissions; Coordinate with external consultants, authorities, and contractors on document requests and submission requirements; Attend and minute meetings with external parties
Communication Scope
Clear written communication; Able to draft professional correspondence and meeting minutes
