Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects or programmes in a professional services, consulting or commercial environment., Ability to translate high‑level objectives into structured plans and deliverable workstreams/, Be able to demonstrate “hands-on” delivery implementation., Experience working alongside analytical or technical teams, with an appreciation of dependencies between data, analysis and delivery., Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage credibly with senior stakeholders., organisation skills, with a disciplined approach to prioritisation, tracking, implementation and evaluation., Microsoft Office - working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint., Highly organised, structured and delivery focused., Calm and confident under pressure, with ability to manage competing demands., Motivated to “roll up sleeves” and get things done, Proactive problem-solver with judgement and attention to detail., Effective communicator, able to engage credibly with senior stakeholders to drive change., Flexible and able to prioritise workload effectively., Ability to develop and implement clear and robust plans., Proactive self-starter with sound judgment and initiative., Collaborative team player with a positive approach to routine tasks.

Nice to Have

Experience or understanding of a commercial property environment would be advantageous, but not essential., Project management frameworks - familiarity with recognised methodologies such as CMI, APM or PRINCE2 (certification advantageous, not essential), Data visualisation platforms – awareness or working familiarity with tools such as Power BI or Tableau, sufficient to interpret outputs, understand dependencies and support delivery of data-led workstreams (advantageous, not essential).

own and maintain the end‑to‑end plan for the Client Discovery programme

work with Client Development and Commercial team leaders to agree scope

delivery timelines and escalation points.

structured updates to senior stakeholders on progress
