### **Job Description** ## **Your role** * Develop, implement, and maintain project controls systems, procedures, and standards to ensure effective cost management. * Coordinate the implementation of the EcoSys cost control tool, including user training and ongoing support. * Track, analyze, and report project expenditures against budgets and forecasts, including preparation of monthly cost reports, variance analyses, and dashboards. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project budgets, actual costs, forecasts, acruals, and cash flow projections. * Collaborate with project managers, discipline leads, and procurement teams to update forecasts, evaluate change orders, and identify cost-saving opportunities. * Support contract management and invoicing processes by reviewing invoices, monitoring accruals, and providing cost-related insights. * Participate in project meetings to provide project controls updates and ensure compliance with internal project controls standards. ## **About you** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field. * 1-2 years of experience in cost control, preferably in major EPCM projects. * Strong understanding of project controls, cost allocation, and financial risk management. * Bilingual French + English. * Proficiency in project controls software in Ecosys. * Knowledge of Excel, Aconex Cost, Primavera P6, Power BI . * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * We are looking for candidates who are flexible to work in different time zone like UK/Canada/USA based on the project requirements. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. ## **Reward & benefits** This includes: * Comprehensive life insurance coverage. * Premium medical insurance for you and your dependents. * Generous annual leave balance. * Flexible and hybrid work solutions. * Remote work opportunities outside of country. * Company gratuity scheme. * Discretionary bonus program. *
