Based in Ukraine, with regular availability to attend meetings, coordinate locally, and support project activities on the ground., Ability to travel occasionally to project regions within Ukraine. Travel expenses will be covered.

Previous experience in administration, project coordination, stakeholder management, external affairs, agriculture, or local government relations is preferred.
What You'll Do.
Act as local representative and primary liaison on the ground for Ukraine carbon projects.
Facilitate local relationships.
Coordinate with local partners.
Ensure smooth day-to-day progress across carbon project activities.
Attend local stakeholder meetings.
Represent the projects professionally.

Arrange and maintain contact with local authorities

Help build and manage trusted relationships with on-the-ground partners and stakeholders.
Coordinate local travel

Track and share developments in local media

Provide hands-on assistance to ensure timely follow-up after meetings
Occasionally accompany Green Earth Group team members
or project partners to field locations.
