Learn more about our Purpose and what drives us by visiting our Who We Are page. Clark Builders is looking for enthusiastic Project Coordinator Students to assist with a project in Red Deer, Alberta. These field-based roles will support the Project Manager(s) and Superintendent in all aspects of the construction process including monitoring project plans, schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. These will be an 8 or 12-month work term starting September 2026. **This position will be based in Red Deer, Alberta**. **Reports to:** Project Manager(s) **Duties and Responsibilities** : * Supporting in project startups with responsibilities including but not limited to, tendering and bid evaluations, subcontract preparation, utilities and site services applications, permit applications, quantity take-offs, assisting in development of the project communication plan and managing project schedule * Project execution and document control responsibilities including Request for Information (RFI), Site Instructions (SI), Submittals, Change Requests (CRX), Change Orders (CO) * Project closeout responsibilities including assisting with inspections, owner training, managing the O&M Manuals, reviewing, tracking and communicating punch and deficiency lists, removing all insurance, closeout of utilities and site services, and removing temporary facilities * Maintain the integrity of the QA/QC plan * Fa
